Refund and Return Policy

 

Satisfaction Guarantee: At Tinyverso, our customers' satisfaction is our priority. We want to ensure that your shopping experience is smooth and worry-free. That's why we offer a 30-day return policy, allowing you to return a product if it doesn't meet your expectations or has any manufacturing defects.

To be eligible for a return, products must be returned in their original condition, unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

Delivery Attempts & Refund Policy: If the carrier makes three delivery attempts and the recipient is unavailable or the delivery cannot be completed, the package will be discarded by the carrier. In this case, the customer will not be eligible for a refund.

However, if you still wish to receive your order, we can reship a new package to an address where delivery is possible. A minimum fee will be charged based on the order to cover the reshipment costs. Please contact our support team for assistance.

Product Returns: To be eligible for a return, the request must be made within 30 days of receiving the product.

All returned items must be unused and will be inspected at our warehouse to ensure they are in perfect condition.

Defective or Damaged Products: If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or that was damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately at info@tinyverso.com, including photos or a video of the issue if possible. We will do our best to resolve the situation quickly, either through a full refund or by sending a new product at no additional cost.

How to Make a Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team via email at info@tinyverso.com or through our contact form on the website.

After we receive the product at our warehouse, it will be inspected, and we will notify you of your refund's approval. If the return is approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within up to 30 days.

Refunds: Once the return is approved, the refund will be processed and credited directly to your original payment method within up to 30 days.

Return Shipping: Shipping for eligible returns is free for all our customers. No shipping costs will be charged for the return.
